In order to expand presence in the market, the customers must be constantly reminded of our existence and our product range. Promotional and advertising activities are, therefore, targeted to the customer, his interests, needs, motives and preferences.
In preparing and planning these activities, we attempt to find precise answers to the following questions:
Who are our customers? What are our competitors doing in the area of promotion? Which ways of promotion and advertising are the most effective for East Point Trade? What are the possible effects?
Promotion and advertising tools used are: participation in fairs and exhibitions, sponsorships and donations, organization or participation in various events, circular letters and fax messages, personal contacts, written or verbal polls and surveys, web sites, CDs and DVDs, printed information materials (flyers, posters, billboards, leaflets, catalogues and the like), advertisements or articles in print or electronic media. Promotion and advertising activities are based on unique strategic concept that defines our philosophy and mission. Annual promotion and advertising plan clearly defines promotional tools to be used, target group or event and promotion timing.
