  East Point Trade is the undisputed leader among wholesale traders of this type in the country and region with market share of 35% in Serbia, 45% in Montenegro and 50% in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

East Point Trade has established continuous cooperation with a great number of buyers by offering its products directly to the stores. These are mainly jewellery and trinket stores, household linen stores, gift shops, galleries and similar. In future, customer relations management must be based on partnership relations through two-way communication. To this end, wholesale and personal salesmen should monitor all developments in the market, like company's eyes and ears, and communicate their observations to the management. We shall foster and improve already established customer relations through various measures and activities. The aim is to increase customer confidence and loyalty built on his belief that our company is a reliable business partner.

Therefore, we seek to:
  • maintain the existing customer base and foster customer loyalty through the selection of high quality products, at affordable price and enhanced quality of services tailored to customer needs,

  • refresh and upgrade the range of offered products with new interesting ones, always attempting to exceed customer expectations,

  • keep sufficient stock of all products, in terms of quantity, assortment, quality and attractive price.

  • fulfil all contractual obligations by abiding to delivery terms and quality requirements,

  • establish and maintain market presence through intensive provision of information to the customers regarding new products, enhanced product quality, more favourable sale conditions (delivering suitable promotional cards, advertising gifts and similar).

  • inform customers on time on arrival of goods,

  • ensure that all sales persons take reasonable care of fast delivery and dispatch of goods to customers,

  • visit customers on a regular basis to get familiarised with their business environment, ways and conditions of conducting business as well as their performance,

  • arrange that customers are visited by our senior managers, where necessary.
