management must be based on partnership relations through two-way
communication. To this end, wholesale and personal salesmen should
monitor all developments in the market, like company's eyes and
ears, and communicate their observations to the management. We shall

various measures and activities. The aim is to increase customer

establish and maintain market presence through intensive provision
of information to the customers regarding new products, enhanced
product quality, more favourable sale conditions (delivering suitable
promotional cards, advertising gifts and similar).
inform customers on time on arrival of goods,
ensure that all sales persons take reasonable care of fast delivery
and dispatch of goods to customers,
visit customers on a regular basis to get familiarised with
their business environment, ways and conditions of conducting
business as well as their performance,
arrange that customers are visited by our senior managers, where
necessary.
